- App interactions and feature usage (via Firebase Analytics)
- Crash reports and performance metrics (via Firebase Crashlytics)
- Device type, OS version, and app version
Payment information
- Subscription status and purchase history (processed via Apple App Store or Google Play — we never store raw payment card data)

3. Third-Party Services
Wizo uses the following third-party services that may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore) with access restricted to authenticated users. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and Firebase Security Rules to prevent unauthorised access.
While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

- Correction – Request that we correct inaccurate data
- Deletion – Request that we delete your account and associated data
